Director of Operations
Rushi Shah is the Director of Operations for Ripe Outsourcing Private Limited. He has done his Masters in Accounting.
Rushi is been member of Ripe family since 2015. With an overall experience of 12+ years in the UK accounting and taxation, Rushi acts as a bridge between clients and the team, ensuring timely execution of jobs with excellent quality. In addition, he ensures systems and processes are as per ISO 9001: 2015 standards with the aim of continuous improvement. He’s also responsible for review and acts as “a mentor” to members of the team.
When not working, Rushi loves traveling, music and spending time with his family and friends.
